Double tapered shafting and couplings manfactured by Marine Manufacturing are the ultimate combination in propeller shafting. No more worry of couplings to be fitted, shafting not running true to coupling face, or the problems of loose and slopppy couplings. Just insert shaft into coupling and tighten nut on back side and the coupling is fitted, trued and ready for installation.

Marine Machining can manufacture almost any type of coupling in a tapered coupling style. Many standard size tapered couplings are in stock and ready for immediate delivery.

Shafts are priced complete, ready for installation, including: Machining consisting of taper, thread and keyway at prop end and coupling end. Double tapering is available; price upon request.
